What is your Return Policy?

Buyer pays return shipping. Warranties on defective items, including missing parts (manufacturer packaging errors) are handled by the Manufacturer. We can supply their contact info. to you if needed. TOADZ RC will supply our Dealer info. to the manufacturer upon request by them for warranty issues. Returns are accepted on unopened, originally factory sealed items only. We cannot accept returned items that have been opened. A 15% restocking fee applies for all returns. Items may be returned for merchandise credit only. Contact us for return authorization # before returning. Shipping fees are non refundable.

There are NO returns on Batteries, Chargers, ESC’s, Servo’s, Radio’s, etc. or other electrical items.
